Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1/2 cups raw mango pulp


  • 1/2 litre milk


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 1/4 tsp gms powde


  • 1/4 tsp stabilizer powder


  • 50 ml fresh cream


  • 50 ml vip cream


  • 1/2 tsp decoration chill powder and solt combined

Directions

  • first Boil the milk for half hour,mix 2 powders,make it cool,after cooling mix raw mango pulp fresh cream wip cream then put it in the mixer after removing from the mixer set it for 3 hours in freezer ,after 3hours remove it again and mix it well and again set it for 6-7 hours in freezer,and surve it with chilli powder and salt.
